Estatescare offers you 3 plans currently, Basic , Standard and premium.premium plan cost 14,400 for 2 years, Standard plan cost Rs.8388 per year. Basic plan cost Rs.4788 per year as per the plan described with the scope of work for property management Plan
Proposed member can acquire membership by making payment online to our account by debit /credit card/cheque/draft based on your convenience.
We do not collect any brokerage from your tenant for the service rendered.
Not required for each property estatescare property management has a combo plan to manage in place, manage more than 2 properties for a single owner. The cost varies based on the number of properties to be managed. Discounts will be provided for the membership.
We do the following maintenance work like we do the following work like Electrical, whitewashing, painting, plumbing, carpentary minor repair works will be carried out by the workmen in our contract.The charges for the proposed repair works will be taken care by the landowner/membership holder.
Based on the work to be done our staff will visit to the property and will give the quote. Once the quotation and the schedule of work to be done is approved from the landowner/membership holder on payment we will complete the work as per the stipulated time frame.
